Hi,
I'm Traci and I'm a teacher. The stress of teaching is killing me and
causing me to overeat. Eating makes me feel better even if it's just a
short term effect. I've always been an athlete and enjoy working out.
But now that I'm teaching, I've been forced to late night workouts that
I drag myself to, and consequently, my body is changing for the worse.
I eat all the snack foods avaialble in the teachers lounge at work, and
I snack too much at night when I'm grading papers and writing lesson
plans. I need some control! I am hoping the Special K plan will help
get me back on track and give me some direction. I still need help
working on the stress eating, and getting in a workout at a decent
hour. There's no one around to help with motivation so I have to be my
own source of discipline. I am also looking to this group for a little
support. Thanks.
