I weighed myself first thing this morning and show a 3 pound loss. Lets just see
if I can keep it up. I am 212 now. In the past I have been able to make it to
205 but haven't made it past that point. Not sure what it is, I worked my butt
off for a whole month last year really paid attention to what I was eating and
was exercising but I couldn't seem to break that 205. I am determined to be
under 200 before 6 weeks is up.
