Hi, I'm new

Hi My mane is Loretta. I live in La. I am 48 and need to lose 40 lbs. I
do consruction work and travel with my job. I eat out alot. I am not
good at eating breakfast or lunch. When I do eat it is to much and all
the wrong foods. I found this goup and got very excited. I started the
plan to day. I just am not good at the exercise part. I am trying to
walk before work and at the job site. So I could use any suggestions or
ideas that would help please. thank you loretta
