Hi my name is Lisa and I am going to be starting the Special K diet
tomorrow (September 6th, 2008). The reason I chose this plan is
because it is convienient, inexpensive and still allows for
flexibility which is great for me because it seems like someone is
always making last minute plans to go out to eat and it is sooo hard
to refuse and with this plan I will not have to. I am also making a
commitment to walk on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day which should
definately be do able. I am excited about joining this support group
and look forward to sharing this experience with all of you. Wish me
