Liz wrote: The Special K diet is an easy plan for a girl like me to follow. I love to eat cereal and Special K offers a good variety. It's very easy for me to stick to the plan. For me, I am in the middle of some life changes, first and foremost is to say goodbye to this excess weight for good. Special K is gonna help me do this. Besides the cereal, I love the protein bars and waters. I have almost doubled my water intake. I have gone from 4 cups of coffee and 2 pops a day to one cup of coffee after I eat my cereal and one pop at dinner time; I am drinking close to 100 oz. of water a day. I will stick to the plan. Next July, when I turn 39, I will be 50 lbs lighter and a nonsmoker. If I can do this, anyone can. I love to eat. This is the first time that I have ever really stuck to a plan.
