My daughter's partner is coming in town for Easter. I want my daughter to be at
home for Easter as she wasn't last year because she stayed with her
then-partner. I had planned to have an Easter basket for my daughter as I always
do -- even at 20 years old. lol
My daughter felt her partner would feel left out, so I offered to make one for
her as well. Mainly because I wanted my daughter to come over for Easter. They
will neither one being staying here as her partner's parents paid for her to
have a hotel room.They will come over at some point Easter day and I said I
would fix dinner. I am trying to act in a Christian way without coming across as
I agree with what they are doing. I guess I just need some confirmation on if I
am really doing the right thing here. At times, I feel I am, and then at times I
feel I'm not. I have been buying the items to go in both girls baskets and even
had an idea to put something Christian in there, but don't want to offend them
though. Does that make since? Any feedback would be appreciated.
