Dear Angel I am replying via the the mesage board and will send a
copy to your private mail also in case you dont get this. I know
there have been some troubles with messages getting posted and I hear
th "crys" for help but had no way to get in touch! Several of my
messages came back undelivered also , but hopefully, it will all get
worked out soon.
Let me start by saying I AM SO PROUD OF YOU! You opened your heart,
your mind, your heart & your home! WOW what a big step! And now you
have an extended family. And it was great that you mentioned you
would like to meet your sons partners mother! Another big step. But
you know, she probably went thru many of the same things as you and
you may have a great deal to talk about and learn from each other and
support each other as well. I can imagine that your probably sed a
few tears thru the whole ordeal and maybe even had a queezy tummy at
times. But it seems as though you stayed focused enough to have a
nice family Christmas and at the same time re-opened the door to a
relationship with your son and establish a relationship with his
partner. Yoou've come along way baby! LOL This isnt proof that
there wont still be hard times ahead, and you may back slide a little
now and again, but you took the first step. You go girl! God
