I went with my siter in law, and she is precious, to a water exercise
class. It did me wonders, kinda sore from it, but a good sore.
I am going to join that club it has so much for you to exercise with. I
even find myself smiling again. And it really feels good. When I went
to town today, I smiled at everyone I saw, and that alone lifted my
spirits. And I'm going to continue to do so.
I'm not going to let the things life has,is,and will throw at me, get
me all up into knots again. I'm going to live life again. Just like God
wants me to.
If my son is gay, well like Barbara said in her book, what ever Lord.
Life will go on, and I will be happy again.
