Course description: This workshop focuses on the muscles of the upper and lower arms and hands.  Injuries to the hands and wrists often create a pain loop between the wrists and neck.  So, we have included several critical techniques for the neck.

 

We will also learn some good stretches for the arms, wrists and nerves in the arm.  This is a great workshop for massage therapists!
