We will be learning, practicing and receiving some
great Thai massage techniques in the prone, supine,
side-lying and seated positions.

Thai massage is done fully clothed on a comfortable
mat on the floor. No oils or creams are used in the
treatment.

Thai massage consists of a series of yoga-like
stretches and joint mobilization techniques. The aim
is to harmonize and balance the whole body.

The session is good for the client and the therapist
too!

Come prepared to work hard and have lots of FUN...
