Some years ago a dear friend persuaded me to make a training video so I did. It was one of the best marketing decisions I had made at the time and it was a learning experience as well. It is not as easy as you may think standing in front of a camera live and say a whole sentence without saying "Uh" a lot and I mean a lot.

At the time I did not have the money to pay to have the video done so I went to my students and asked for a helping hand, to pre-purchasing their video so I would have the money to pay for it. They all rallied and pre-purchased their video, and because of their endless support the making of my first video was a great success.

Today years latter I have improved my protocol so much that I need to make a newer version of the Critz Technique training video/DVD. Some of the releases are the same, some have changed, some have become easier and I have added a few different ways to release the psoas muscles. Also I am considering an additional video dedicated to just homework for the clients. I have had numerous request to make a homework video.

So here is the deal guys, once again I need your help to make this happen. I have no intention in raising the price of the videos.

3. Hip problems, including sciatica.

4. Shoulder and rotator cuff problems.
