thats really good advice and I have thought about it before. In fact when I
was on anxiety medidcation and I was more outgoing. perhaps I should get
back on it, but I'd rather do it without drugs if at all possible. I am
trying to practice just relaxing, but its so conditioned for me too speak
quickly that a premature thought comes out and usually dosn't make any
sense.
