I'm a bulky person and i want to burn fat and maintain, whatever
muscle i have what should i do. Should i do dropset or should i do
moderate weights and high rep and also should my protein be high or
should i lower it. I currently take in 54 gram of protein (shake)
three time a day plus and rest is food which adds up to 250. and
another thing i workout three time a week full body.
