I like talking to people who have been where I was, and who understand what I then thought nobody understood. But if you'd like help with something, you have to ask for it. This includes while talking to me, or talking to anyone about this kind of thing; you'd be surprised just how many people-- while they maybe haven't dealt with what you've dealt with-- themselves have been there and are willing to help if given the chance.
I also think that the more specific you are while asking for help the more detailed that help will be. I might say that I'd like help with my homework, however if I say what kind of homework I'd like help with I'm more likely to find someone who is good at whatever specific area I'm having trouble with. If I ask in general for someone to help with homework, my Dad might try to help me with math; not very good at all. However if I come in asking for help with math homework, my Dad might not help me with it-- as he knows that he's only going to confuse me more-- but he might help me find someone who can work with me (which if you think about is him helping me).
BTW: You don't need help, maybe just some advice or someone to listen or someone to bounce ideas off of or... Just figure it out, and remember that I-- along with millions of other people-- am always willing to talk and help you accomplish your goal(s). Information and assistence is always out there, however examples are so numerous that it's hard to figure out exactly which ones will help and which ones will not. Be specific, and your choices will be narrowed down a bit; just a little bit, as there are still infinite possabillities out there for you to explore, but...Be well.
