I can relate to some of what you said I work in a technical job and
even though i know the stuff im talking about really well if im front
of a customer and they ask me a simple question i go blank or start
talking dribble. Then i really worry afterwards about what this person
thought of me. I’m 31 and i don’t have any real friends for most of my
life this really didn't bother me but lately I’ve been really working
hard on trying to overcome my social anxiety and I've really wanted to
make some friends but have found it very hard my efforts at dating have
been similar disasters but I know I cant give up and just need to keep
trying. It’s hard not to reflect on this a rejection which has been
leading me down the path of mild depression which i never really
experienced
before. What i do know is everybody situation varies and you need to
take
advantage of what support and opportunities you have around you. If you
have
a good job then this is great platform to get you going i wish you all
the
best of luck.
Cheers
Glen
