I would just like to express how glad I am that people are starting to write in with their thoughts etc. As shy people, I do think that we tend to not express ourselvs for whatever reason, but when we overcome this we express ourselves and find that we have a lot more to say than we could have ever imagined (I hope this makes sense). I read in this post many things which I have started to do for myself, many things which I have found to work for me, and it's good to hear that someone else is doing the same things and gaining from them; it helps to hear that someone else is on the right track, and that I myself am also on the right track. Please everyone keep up the good work, and for those of you who are hesitant to write in please do write for whatever reason (stories of triumphs are excelent, but just writing in to say hi is great also).
