Re: [SocialFitnessForum] fear of failure from lack of skills cause shyness?

Hi everybody.
I find that I have to spend a bit of time on building some self esteem first which helps me become more pro-social. The other thing is that I probably have the skills there, but becuase I'm not  using them at every opportunity.
Also most other people have had years of good practice, to make up for it in a short time , like I am, means there is a big learning curve.

Does an intense fear of failure - due to lack of skills - cause one
to give up and not take appropriate actions in social situations?
