Hi everybody.
I find that I have to spend a bit of time on building some self esteem first which helps me become more pro-social. The other thing is that I probably have the skills there, but becuase I'm not using them at every opportunity.
Also most other people have had years of good practice, to make up for it in a short time , like I am, means there is a big learning curve.

Yes, they go together. As a shy person, I tend to be very perfectionistic and hard on myself if I do anything wrong. Because of this, I would second-guess myself all the time and not take any risks.Annette----- Original Message -----From: Tony R.Sent: Tuesday, October 05, 2004 10:00 PMSubject: [SocialFitnessForum] fear of failure from lack of skills cause shyness?
Does an intense fear of failure - due to lack of skills - cause one
