I think that i've always experienced these same feelings. I believe
that it's true when they say that the feeling of shyness becomes
automatic when we don't react against it. Sometimes, i even feel
helpless. Truly, i can't tell you what to do because i only need some
help from the same situation, but i think that your knowing that you
are not the only one who behaves that way can at least give you a
little relief. I hope you find some better answers somewhere else.---
