Hi everyone.....ok let's get on with it....i have this problem that i
can't speak out when i'm in my class.....i dunno why....everytime the
teacher asks me to answer somethin...my ears go red........And
whenever i deal with a problem ...where a fights about to
start.....my leg starts shakin like crazy.......

I always take it to heart when people have an opinion about
me .......and i can't say "no" to anyone,,,,,,,i also have trouble
talking to people face to face .....all of a sudden i start saying
cutoff words.....please help me ....since i reside in canada.....i
couldn't find many clinics fer shyness....hope someone replies......
