Re: [SocialFitnessForum] Blushing

At least to me, the problem is not the blushing per se, but the
interpretation. I don't see anything wrong with blushing. In
social situations it is kind of cute, and in work situations it's
no worse than quirks other people have, like wearing bad shoes.

But if you are bothered by it, I'd say those feelings are where
to spend your effort. Ask why does blushing bother me, what
does it mean, and all that psych stuff.

Hope this helps. I sure hope I didn't come across as uncaring,
but rather I hope to give a different way of looking at blushing.

I am new to this forum, and was wondering if anyone can help answer
my question.
I have a problem with blushing more so than being shy. I blush
whenever I think about it, and I am in a conversation with someone. I
can find no reason for it, but it does make me feel awkward. It
doesn't interrupt my conversation, but it can be embarrasing,
especially when someone points out the fact that I am blushing.
I can't usually find a reason why I am doing it either, as it can
happen even when I am talk to family or close friend or girlfriend
etc..
The more I think about it the worse it can get. Although usually it
will go away as quickly as it happened.

Any suggestions? Comments, questions? Or best of all a solution to
cure this problem?
