Your heart could be open and warm toward the people you care about, which may make you feel like expressing your love to them today. Sharing with your loved ones just how much they mean to you might give you a chance to bring you even closer to them. If you can let your feelings emanate from within your heart by doing a loving-kindness mediation today, you may notice that your expressions of love can become much more genuine and heartfelt. Sitting quietly, try to bring your attention to your heart. With each inhale, you might imagine that you are being filled with unconditional love from the universe, and on each exhale picture this love enveloping you. Doing this first for yourself and then for each person you care about can allow you to open your heart to others in an extremely profound way.
