Hi my name is Brandi and I live in Bartlesville, OK. I created this new Yahoo account in hopes to start receiving email from this group thinking that my other email account was to busy with all the other emails from horse groups that I have joined...
I have a 2 yr old MFT. And he's a job to be around, he's my very first horse. I've always wanted a horses ever since I was a little girl and through helping my friend Mary with her horses she has allowed me to buy one and keep it out at her house. She has 4 horses. 1 QH named Bubba Jo, 2 MFT - one is 4 and the other one is the same age as my horses 2. And a retired Sulky trotter Standardbred from California.
We just recently got into the herbal side of horses and we wanted to learn more.... and I myself have a question about a new feed mix that I've come across that I've been feeding my colt and he loves it. Wanted your opinions:
Thank you Michelle! We just recently got into herbal medicine for our horses. And we have plans to continue, our next step is too get some liver/kidney flush.. 4 out of our 5 horses have been sick and they've had to have all kinds of shots...
Thank you again, I look forward to reading more and learning from this group.

I am wanting to find out more information and hopefully a dealer in the US to buy from. Need to know more about pricing. I am wanting to put it in my 2 horse slant horse trailer with a back tack. Also, depending on price maybe interested in lining 2 stalls in my barn.
Any info will be appreciated. I have done a google search and came up with some info but mostly dealers overseas. HELP!

FOR SALE: Used (good working order) older style barrel saddle - pictures upon request. This saddle is just collecting dust in my barn - I have used it for lessons off and on but with time restrictions and my own goals of hauling I am no longer giving lessons so if it isn't being used in my barn I am moving it. . . tree is fine in the saddle, just needs a good cleaning - 14 inch seat, can't tell what the brand on the saddle is, comes with a front neoprene girth. $150 plus $30 shipping.
I prefer paypal payments and do accept credit cards thru my paypal account.
Description: ANOTHER UPDATE: Been hauling her to different places and she is hauling like a seasoned pro - went to an indoor and a hail storm hit, the mare was quiet, quiet, quiet. Starting to show this mare the barrels and WILLING, WILLING, WILLING and showing lots of promise! If you are looking for a NBHA/Funshow/trailriding horse deluxe - you just found her! Maddie is as nice and sweet as she can be, she is a pretty, pretty paint, she is chromed out with her high socks and big blaze- built stout and to last, personality plus - perfect for someone to love her!!!! She will love you back UNCONDITIONALLY. This mare was started later but is ready to go on with someone who wants to just go have fun and not spend a fortune, she is capable of going lots of directions. Nice size at 15 to 15.1 - beautiful mover, willing disposition and absolutely can't be loved enough that is for sure. Trailriding
deluxe and NBHA/Jackpot/Funshow caliber - she just does what you ask - no questions asked! This mare wants to work and be used. Been putting a wonderful foundation on her for someone to go on with - did I say this mare WANTS TO WORK. Maddie has been ridden in traffic, down lots of trails, hauled to town and she just acts like she has been doing it for years - she is one in a million. Healthy and sound - good feet, good minded and needs to find her "home for life". Let her raise your kids or give an adult pleasure for years. If you come try her you will be buying her. Price may increase as training progresses. She gets along well with other horses in the pasture. This mare is NICE all the way around! Both her parents were nice performance horses - Sire was a 1D horse from the very start unfortunately an early injury ended his running career but he is making babies in ND now for a private farm. Maddie's dam is a nice calf horse, was sold to a man who is
using her on his farm to work cattle and raise his grandkids - disposition definitely passes on in this family tree. Arenas available to take her to or just stay and plan on taking a nice trailride when you come. Don't wait too long to come try her, the person who makes the trip will take her home. Bonus - she carries a nice solid set of papers for babies later on. . .
You might go to the www.dynamitemarketing.com site and look at the
many things they offer. I am a new distributor, but have been amazed
at the few products I have used. I believe that this company has
caught up in the Technology of what our animals and we as humans
really need.
If you are interested I can get help with what your filly may be
needing.

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this list and mainly joined to seek information that
might help my 13 month old filly who has developed a large bone cyst
in her right hind - between her coffin bone and the lower pastern.
She is currently on stall rest with hand walking/grazing at least
twice per day, plus Adequan (anti-inflamatory and cartilage
builder), and Osteoform for added calcium (with proper phosphorus
balance). This is a beautiful QH filly (grand-daughter of Rugged
Lark) that I had hoped to be my all around (trail, jumping and maybe
even a bit of dressage) partner for many years to come. Before
developing the cyst, she was a gorgeous mover, very high spirited,
very enagaged, huge play drive! She is still all those things, but
we are not allowing her to do more than walk for now, hoping not to
cause further damage to her joint.
I have had someone recommend I try Silver Lining #12 (Feet) to help
her heal. But, I want to make sure I am picking the best overall
herbal combination for her. In addition to the bone cyst, she also
has frequent popping/snapping in her front legs although she's never
shows signs of lameness there. And, from time to time she goes
through stages of intense dirt licking, so I know there is some
mineral she is not getting enough of!
I currently have her on Seminole's Grow Right which is a low-starch
feed, plus orchard/alfalfa mix hay (not heavy on the alfalfa) plus
60+ minutes of hand grazing per day.
Thanks for any suggestions you can provide -- especially anyone who
has had experience healing a bone cyst!
Thanks,

If the Horse is as good as you say; might be worth letting her sit
another year out; because if you sell her again she may end up being
abused at a Rodeo or mistreated at a coral; becaue she is as fine a
Horse as you say; and I believe; the investment might prove wotthy to
let her wait another year and possibly sell her for a higher price.
Maybe if you hold on to her for a whole longer; the right buyer will
show up with a good future; such as a private owner. Why risk her?
By keeping her for another year; you can rest assured the Horse will
not be abused at a low grade rodeo; instead of a professional trainer.

If you know of anyone looking for a prospect that is not super young and is already riding I am going to sell the paint mare I have - she is 7 years old this year. I sold her a year ago in March - the girl that bought her didn't do anything with her and has went thru some job changing so needed to downsize and I got her back. Anyway, nice, nice mare - this is a mare that has several siblings that have done really well in the barrel arena. She kept getting put on the back burner at my house so I decided to just sell her. I wish I had the time to finish her out but with all that is on my plate right now it would be just best not to let her sit another year out.
She is healthy and sound, good minded, athletic and can flat fly across the pasture, willing attitude. I am asking $2000 for her (honestly she should be priced much higher but I need to get her moved) a serious CASH offer will be
really considered. I just need to move her, not looking to trade.
So if you know of anyone that would be interested I would really appreciate it.
