Anne, sorry it has taken so long for me to respond, but I have been gone for a couple weeks.
Your feeding program sounds good. The #24 and #25 is a good start and continue with #24 for a couple more months. I think I would put a #37 Kidney thru the mare. #18 Joint Support would be the next step to help deal with the knee. The Herbal Wormer is the perfect choice for this mares weakened condition, this is no time for chemicals.
