Hello, My husband and I operate an equine rescue in Wyoming and often
take in horses that are in less than perfect health. We've just
acquired a very nice 20-year old Thoroughbred gelding. He was well
cared for in his former home, owner just couldn't keep him any longer.
He's had all shots and been wormed regularly. Because of an allergy to
alfalfa he is being fed grass hay and Strategy feed. He is a bit under
weight, we were told he was a hard-keeper. We had the vet out to day
for a checkup and he discovered a "golf ball" size growth on his
pituitary gland. Doc mentioned some success in treating with herbal
compounds. Does anyone have any experience in treating conditions of
this sort with herbs? What do you recommend? Thanks for any advice.

Catherine

Thank you Jackie I'll try out these compounds - I was really hoping there was a non-surgical way to reduce the tumor rather than just treat the symptoms. ...
