Up to $10,000.00 Finder's Fee paid to Anyone who sends a Buyer for our Maryland Farm

Wonderful horse farm for sale in Southern Maryland. Proven location for horse business, nice house, indoor arena, 19 stalls, etc. Below are links for complete explanations (can be purchased in several ways), as well as links for many additional photos. Please read on here for information about how you can earn up to $10,000.00 for referring buyers to us (that would buy a lot of hay!). Let's help each other! Thanks!

The Finder's Fee info:

Finder’s Fee up to $10,000.00 offered if you bring us a buyer for our Wonderful Horse Farm and/or Building Lots for sale at:

3325 Allday Road, Huntingtown, MD 20639

As the owners of this beautiful property, we are offering a private finder’s fee to any non-real estate professional who refers a potential buyer that ultimately completes a full-price purchase on all, or part of the property. This is a way for non-real estate professionals to be rewarded for helping bring buyer and seller together. Professional Realtors get paid, too, through the usual channels and commission schedules at closing should they bring a buyer. This private offer from the owners is simply an effort to broaden the information flow and reward those that assist in a sale. All it takes is some constructive conversation to qualified prospects.

The finder’s fees apply to settlement of full-price contracts. It is important to understand that your contacts need to identify you as the referring source before they first view the property in order for us to award the referral fees.

As the property can be purchased in several ways, please carefully review the details below for each option.

Upon full-price settlement of the entire 15+ acre property (the farm and two additional building lots) to a single buyer, we will pay a finder’s fee of $10,000.00 to the referring party.

Should one buyer complete a full-price purchase of the eleven acre parcel only, the referring party will be paid a finder’s fee of $5,000.00

The finder’s fee for each settled full-price building lot sale will be $1,500.00.

Again, the finder’s fees will be paid upon settlement of any full-price purchase transaction. Remember that the potential purchasers will need to identify you as the referring party before their first property showing in order for you to be considered the referring party.

Any questions about the offer of finder’s fees can be answered by the property owners. Call Karen Jones at:  410-535-5204.

All property-related questions should be directed to the listing agent:
Jennifer Anderson, of Exit 1 Stop Realty, at 410-257-2121, or cell: 301-758-0391.
