Floor in excellent condition, rubber mats used and cleaned out regular, walls in horse area lined, Plexi glass used in winter to block wind when hauling, tires in really good shape, new spare tire, wired for electric in dressing room, started insulating dressing room area but not finished, new linoleum floor put down in dressing room, can be hauled with 1/2 ton pickup easily - this is a nice pulling trailer
Axles have been replaced with
heavier ones - good brakes on trailer
