I saw my surgeon today . . . he removed the drains and outlined my future course of treatment. He's going for a CURE!

He believes that a drug Erbatux, combined with limited, concentrated radiation will do it! He has to consult with my former radiologist to see if I can tolerate a little more radiation.

I'll find out more in two weeks.

In the meantime, I'll have some botox injections around my laugh lines to relax the side of my face opposite to my bad ear on Wednesday. It will be so nice to be able to speak clearly, and not bite my lip when trying to eat!

I'm more hopeful now than I've been anytime in the past year! . . .

So much for gloom and doom doctors who write you off, or lie to you! He's sending them a report on everything he's doing!

Thanks for your prayers! . . . They are all being answered!

Love to all,

Rogene
