I was told caffeine can cause heart rate told and can lead to some shocks I'm not sure how much it takes but to be on the safe side I would ask my doctor ...

If in doubt - go decaf.... If find that caffiene does affect me like alot of people. Salt is worse on my body! I do however go decaf when at all possible -...
