Having problems with message search?

Sheffield Maternity Forum are trying to find out how easily available water births are in Sheffield. The following questions are NOT just for those who have had water births - we are interested in everyones views. I would be most grateful if you could answer the following questions and send your responses to me ASAP. The findings will hopefully add weight to our current request to Jessop Wing to allow the use of portable pools on Labour Ward.
1. Have you ever considered using water for pain relief in labour? Yes or No? (if no go to question 3)
2. If yes did you find it easy to organise a water birth in Sheffield ? Yes or No? Please use the space below to explain then go to question 4.
3. If you answered no to question 1. Why not?
4. Were you ever given any form of information about the many benefits of waterbirth (including pain relief, shorter labour, privacy, control, constant presence of a midwife, natural birth, less risk of a tear etc)? Yes or No? If no go to question 6.
5. What kind of information were you given e.g. verbal or written from your midwife or other source?
6. Would you have considered waterbirth if you had known about the many benefits? Yes or No?
7. If you answered no to question 6. Was there any particular reason?
