I had my first baby at home last November.  I had a water birth and am really
happy about how it turned out.  I wouldn't say it was a perfect experience but
the labour and birth were very straightforward and I think that being at home
with just my husband and a wonderful midwife allowed me to stay as relaxed and
focussed as possible and I think that gives you the best environment to let your
body get on with it's amazing work.  I have no regrets and would definitely go
for a home birth again if I have another baby.

Anyway, I don't feel like I'm any sort of expert on the subject but she's
welcome to give me a call.
