There will be a Water Birth Workshop tomorrow at Riverdale Studio. This hands on session will include the opportunity to:
* Find out about using a pool for pain relief in labour and water birth
* Sort out the misconceptions & gain confidence in the use of water for child birth
* See a pool and try it out if you wish
* Optimal positions in the pool
* Network with other parents
* Hear a water birth story or two
* Ask questions.
