Ah, 55 !!
5, the number of Change, new people, new places, doubled !!
Grant, I wait in awe to see what you, and Zpoint, become.

And to facilitate that, I am posting a little ZPoint Manifesting idea
I have been using, which I find gives great shift-if I can put it that
way.

1.Whenever I think about all the ways / how much I / my life will change
IF________ (or "I connect with / receive_____ "), I feel ………(cue)

I forgive myself for mistakenly identifying with any beliefs of
limitation, or fear, or difficulty, (cue)

and dissolve any resistance to this, with love, (cue)
and release any resistance to this, with thanks, (cue)
and embrace the change within me. (cue)

2.Whenever I think about all the ways / how much I / my life will change
WHEN__________ (or "IF I connect with ______ "), I feel…. .. (cue)

I forgive myself for mistakenly identifying with any beliefs of
limitation, or fear, or difficulty, (cue)

and dissolve any resistance to this, with love, (cue)
and release any resistance to this, with thanks, (cue)
and embrace the change within me. (cue)

3. Whenever I think about all the ways / how much my life / I
HAVE CHANGED, NOW THAT I AM / HAVE/ DID _________________
_________(Be vivid in the detail- imagine myself doing/ having/being
what was wanted, and spend time with all your senses enjoying it),
I feel ………(cue)

I forgive myself for mistakenly identifying with any beliefs of
limitation, or fear, or difficulty,

and dissolve all of this with love,
and release all of this with thanks,
and embrace the change within me.
I thank the Universe for aligning me with my highest good/ truth.

-Please pick out something you want to manifest, give it a run, and
let me know how it felt for you. I'm So open to getting this one right.

As always, my thanks to Grant and wonderful ZPoint.

Cheers
Anne in Oz.

   Sami,
I really think this is the Law of Polarity at work w/ the Law of
Attraction.
I too myself have experienced huge swings. I have 2 huge polarities in my
personality even, so it really was deep to experience. What I found is
that
as I applied ZP daily, being the Guardian of every thought, feeling &
choice, then the swings got less & less as often. The intensity did not
lessen at the time. What really came to me was that this was my
opportunity
to really, really know that this is what I did not want. I also had to
address the issue of my cognizant & empathic gifts as I was not always
experiencing my own stuff. At 1st, I just said "I disconnect
from____(cue)"
Then I started saying "No, Thank You" meaning, no I am not going to give
this my attention or attraction & saying Thank you as in sending a
blessing
back to wherever it was coming from.
I am not sure any of this would resonate w/ you as your experiences may be
   different.
I can tell you that I have become very empowered in my inner choices & my
outer choices also. I look very closely at what I am connecting to & how I
am connecting & why. ZP is wonderful to address all of this.
What I would suggest as a ZP Practitioner, is to step out of your emotions
(not so hard to do, really it is your choice) & step out of what you think
it is, what it has been etc. You can just install these things right now
by
saying your cue word as you read them. ZP is very in the moment :o)
Then when you experience anything, glad or sad, to put is simplistically,
then just see it as just energy, neither positive or negative & say your
cue
word as you do this. Keep doing this over & over & the negativity will
drain
out. It is like you are taking a pin & sticking it into a balloon full of
grief. The more holes you poke, the more of what is inside will find its
way
   out & will collapse.
What happens when we evaluate what we "feel" or evaluate a circumstance is
that just by deciding "this feels bad" you have actually framed it in by
your intent & awareness & belief & you, as the creator of your experience,
have then restricted anything else coming to you in that experience. The
frame of what you perceive is very strong. In essence, you have defined
what
you think it is & that is what you get.
So in just seeing it as energy, feeling the energy as just energy, it
actually takes you beyond where you have ever gone b4.
This process can be as fast or as simple as you want to make it, so I
encourage you to learn from my longer one & intend for faster resolution.
Any intent that you set, you can install in SC by just saying "I now
   choose____(cue)"
Also affirmations are great to focus on the positive.

   Just a few...

   I am always joyful (cue)
I am beyond my grief (cue)
I am finding my peaceful path (cue)
I am dancing along my path (cue)
   Everyday is wonder-full (cue)

Someone mentioned the "What if" & this is very powerful here as well as
the
   Opening Statement.

   May you soar~

Hi "Earl Grey",

Both Grant and Jolene have given great advice, and I hope you will follow what
has been suggested.

I will meet you where you are though and suggest some "Basic ZPoint". Here are
some suggested statements for you to try -

I clear all the ways I don't believe the ZPoint Process works because... <cue>
I clear all the ways and reasons I definitely don't believe the ZPoint Process
will work for Me because... <cue>
I clear all the ways I think my disbelief with stop ZPoint from working for me
<cue>
I clear all the ways I think I have to believe this will work for it to work for
me <cue>
I clear all the ways and reasons I believe I'm wasting my time doing ZPoint
because... <cue>
I clear all the ways I believe my acceptance of my self-sabotaging nature and my
self-sabotage are different things <cue>
I clear all the ways I believe my acceptance of my lack of progress and my lack
of progress are different things <cue>
I clear all the ways and reasons I sabotage myself when I try something new
<cue>
I clear all the ways I sabotage myself whenever... <cue>
I clear all the ways I sabotage myself because... <cue>
I clear all the ways I sabotage myself if... <cue>
I clear all the ways I don't believe I make any progress whenever... <cue>
I clear all the ways I don't believe I make any progress because... <cue>
I clear all the ways I don't believe I make any progress if... <cue>
I clear all the ways I believe if I try to address these issues with ZPoint, I
will fail <cue>

I clear all the space patterns connected with all these issues <cue>
I clear all the patterns connected to all these ways and reasons <cue>
I clear all the emotions connected to all these patterns <cue>

Perhaps after trying some of the basic statements above and those you come up
with yourself, you will feel ready to work with the Opening Statement, the
Bridge Technique and the What If game.

Blessings,
Janie

Earl,
The mind does try to pull some tricks but ultimately you are in control, you
are the creator.
Ultimately what you said :

****My issue is not an inability to accept my self-sabotaging nature and my
lack of progress with anything. The issue IS my lack of progress and self
sabotage. If I try to address these with ZPoint, I will not make any
progress and will sabotage myself.****

is exactly what the mind does to use words to throw you off. Literally these
are both the same issue. If you were truly successful at "accepting"
yourself & self-sabotage & lack of progress, then you would not have any
problems in these areas. B/c acceptance transforms things, literally. That
is one of the goals of Zpoint. What the mind knows is really not acceptance.

Use your current words & feelings & ZP them right then in that moment.

These are some ideas from your email to Grant:

What if this (me doing ZP or whatever) worked right now (cue)
What if my mind & spirit were aligned in my truth (cue)
What if I now believe that all is possible for me (cue)
What if I never gave energy to anything that wasted my time (cue)
What if I progressed perfectly (cue)
What if I only gave love to myself (cue)
What if I only came from love (cue)
What if I let go of the past (cue)
What if I came from a new place today, this moment, every moment after this
(cue)
What if I empowered myself (cue)
What if I am in control (cue)
What if I know that I can do ____(cue)
What if I know that I can be (cue)

When I think about all of this experience & myself, I feel________(cue)

I now only choose success (cue)
I now only choose love (cue)
I allow myself to be as powerful & successful as I am (cue)
All parts of me are integrated & empowered & aligned w/ my truth now (cue)
I believe in myself (cue)

Sami,
I really think this is the Law of Polarity at work w/ the Law of Attraction.
I too myself have experienced huge swings. I have 2 huge polarities in my
personality even, so it really was deep to experience. What I found is that
as I applied ZP daily, being the Guardian of every thought, feeling &
choice, then the swings got less & less as often. The intensity did not
lessen at the time. What really came to me was that this was my opportunity
to really, really know that this is what I did not want. I also had to
address the issue of my cognizant & empathic gifts as I was not always
experiencing my own stuff. At 1st, I just said "I disconnect from____(cue)"
Then I started saying "No, Thank You" meaning, no I am not going to give
this my attention or attraction & saying Thank you as in sending a blessing
back to wherever it was coming from.
You can just install these things right now by
saying your cue word as you read them. ZP is very in the moment :o)
Then when you experience anything, glad or sad, to put is simplistically,
then just see it as just energy, neither positive or negative & say your cue
word as you do this. Keep doing this over & over & the negativity will drain
out. It is like you are taking a pin & sticking it into a balloon full of
grief. The more holes you poke, the more of what is inside will find its way
out & will collapse.
In essence, you have defined what
you think it is & that is what you get.
So in just seeing it as energy, feeling the energy as just energy, it
actually takes you beyond where you have ever gone b4.
This process can be as fast or as simple as you want to make it, so I
encourage you to learn from my longer one & intend for faster resolution.
Any intent that you set, you can install in SC by just saying "I now
choose____(cue)"
Also affirmations are great to focus on the positive.

Just a few...

I am always joyful (cue)
I am beyond my grief (cue)
I am finding my peaceful path (cue)
I am dancing along my path (cue)
Everyday is wonder-full (cue)

Someone mentioned the "What if" & this is very powerful here as well as the
Opening Statement.

May you soar~

I just got a lovely book for our companion animals on the bach flower remedies.

I had to have my lovely cat put to sleep yesterday, I feel very sad, but feel I
have to wait to to zpoint, as I guess I must allow the grieving not try to stop

I hate how animals suffer because they cannot speak...he is at rest now.

I believe that you are already healed, but there are parts of you that refuse to
let you see it. These are the parts that you must address. These are the parts
that must be released. Once you release these, the rest of your 'problem' will
just fall away.

However, I do not know how to help you with this by remote control. I cannot
simply tell you what to do. May I suggest you work with one of our Practitioners
to help you with this.

Grant

We inherited a neglected dog that was covered with fleas and mange and
would run in terror at the sight of anyone coming near her, including
me. I've been doing lots of proxy work for her, and she's been doing
great.

Yesterday, I decided that if I were to do proxy for her, I needed to
know what her cue word was. So as I thought about it, it came to
me...'bark.'

So I did some processing for her, and it was very moving. Today, for
the first time, I heard her barking! She is now processing on her own!

Thanks Grant! I appreciate your sharing this process!

HI Sami,
When I have this experience, which is something I live with, when I
remember to t I go inside my body and just observe the feeling, not
argueing with it, not wanting it to be something else but trusting
this is just where I'm supposed to be. I stay with the feeling, and I
find as I relax into that yucky feeling it begins to move into
bliss.. .it's an amusing and amazing experience.
sometimes I also do the 'what if' but I'm learning part of commanding
our experience is accepting or 'resting' in what is for the moment. A
sort of 'post creation Sabbath'. Not asking it to be anything other
than it is and respecting each moment for what it holds.
Of course there is a time for zp in this process, but I find there is
also a time to just be without 'wrong making'
Warmly with LOVE
Judie

Hi all,

I just thought to ask input from other zp users on following: how have you
dealt with the experience that I refer to as a spiritual hangover. In other
words: one day I may feel like a winner, really great & good and like
everything is working out perfectly. Falling asleep knowing this is so. But
on some occasions, upon waking up the following morning, the life smacks me
on the face and the feeling is just surreal and next door to depressing. It
feels like the reality is too strong and overcoming the odds and everything
is impossible. This is clearly to me some subconscious debris that surfaces
as a response to a shift in the consciousness earlier the day before. Just
wondering if some of you have dealt with this... Naturally, this is one of
the greatest opportunities to clear stuff --- but doing the clearing can
prove a bit of challenge in such a situation.

Another thing -- I was wondering if the ZP takes into consideration
installing subconscious clearing patterns. That is to say, installing a
program that would run on the background anytime I "accidentally" slip into
negative feeling mode without noticing it? I'm pretty interested in testing
such a script, just to see if that would help to these spiritual hangover
mornings... To tell you the truth, they are much worse than a regular
hangover which is just headache that passes.

Thanks in advance.

thanks everyone, evryhting yiu have sad has made me feel good about my thoughts.
My attitude has been the same, since my divorce. well the good thing is that i
am almost finishing with school. so much has happened in this part of my life. i
am just going to focus on what i got to focus,= and that is my children and my
school.

WOW! You should feel just as you feel.
Have no expectation and allow each day to unfold as it is.
The happiest position you can be in is to adopt a 'this moment is
perfect and we'll wait and see how the other moments work out' attitude.
At 23 everyone is confused, they just don't tell and with 3 children,
boy you've got a lot going on.
Be involved with your children, have as much fun with them as
possible, you'll be amazed at how much the children can ease what you
call lonliness.
My guess is you've been taught to feel incomplete without a mate, as
we women often are, perhaps you can first do some zpoint on the
feelings of lonely as well as what you call 'upset'. Find a deeper
feeling than 'upset'.
As far as the guy unless you've known him over 8 months you cannot
know if he's the perfect person, the social persona is always at work
in the first months after meeting.
I bet the others would like you to stay in touch with us, it will be
interesting to hear how you resolve this, but for sure use zpoint on
