I have been incorporating polarity work in my zpoint sessions with clients, very
effectively. In Sedona Method it is called holistic releasing, which I have used
for years. Adding repetition of the cue word after each statement amplifies the
power of the release. For example, to take the desperation out of needing a
relationship, try alternating between the following 2 statements at least 6
times, and see how you feel.
Wanting a romantic relationship makes me feel (repeat cue)
Being free of that wanting makes me feel (repeat cue)
You can do this on any topic, and creatively incorporate the idea into the
entire zpoint protocol. For anyone who plays with this, I'd love to see what you
come up with.
Warmly,
Celia
