Re: [SharingZeroPoint] Cannot Concentrate When Using Opening Technique

I agree that an excessively wandering mind may be a sign of PR. I would suggest
you focus on releasing those parts that cause your mind to wander. Alternatively
you could record what you wish to clear on and simply play it back to yourself
whenever you wish. This will keep your subconscious focused on what needs to be
released.

Additionally, you could just set the intention that no matter how much your
conscious mind wanders, your subconscious will clear whatever needs to be
cleared in the background.

Regards,

Grant

Physological Reversal (PR) that parts of me dont want to heal? And how
I go around it? maybe saying things like

ICATW parts of me dont want to undergo this healing.
ICATW parts of me start to wander endlessly and senselessly everytime
I do ZPoint.

In BSFF, statements to counter PR usually are said after the actual
healing procedures. I wonder if PR preventative measures best before
the actual healing procedures.

any suggestion is very helpful
