Hear Why Gartner Analyst Dr. Rita E. Knox Thinks X12’s XML Framework Is One of the Best Approaches Available Today
As the Keynote Presenter for the ASC X12 Kickoff Event, leading Gartne r Analyst Dr. Rita E. Knox provides projections on XML-defined standards development while stressing the importance of standardization, which she sees as key to the evolution of the Web computing architecture. Dr. Knox predicts that the proliferation of often redundant and conflicting XML-defined standards, supporting so many vertical domains, will lead to millions of dollars of lost effort and cause different parts of the same company to process conflicting XML messages that compromise business critical transactions and operations. Without a common framework for how XML-defined standards should be developed, there is no hope that the savings, economic advantages, enhanced enterprise integration or improved computer processability will be realized. Hear why Dr. Knox thinks ASC X12’s XML framework is one of the best approaches available and likely to have long term success. Learn how you can leverage it and, as a result, leverage your participation in ASC X12 to ensure signif icant return on investment.
