Effective August 7, 2003 attachments that accompany messages posted
to a Yahoo! group will not be retained in the archived messages.
Attachments of messages posted to ShareHIPAA will continue to be sent
out to those members who have their email preference set
to "individual emails."

In the next few days all attachments that are currently in the
message archives will be moved to the Files section of ShareHIPAA, to
prevent loss of the information. Each attachment when moved to the
Files section will retain the orignial name of the attachment and in
the description of the attachment the corresponding message number
will be provided to allow easy referencing.

All attachments included in messages posted to ShareHIPAA will
immediately be uploaded to the Files section with the message number
attribute.

To access the Files section of ShareHIPAA, go to the ShareHIPAA home
page at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ShareHIPAA , sign in, and
select "Files" from the left column.
