CMS conducted an Open Door Forum today concerning guidance on TCS compliance.  The attached document was provided for the open door forum.  It can also be viewed by going to www.cms.hhs.gov/hipaa/hipaa2/guidance-final.pdf

 

There were 1,500 who called in.  There were also those in attendance in Washington, D.C.
