Hi Again, everyone.

This time I have prepared a document that combines the HIPAA Transactions
and Codesets final rule (8/17/2000, txfinal.pdf) along with the
modifications (2/20/2003, finaltransmod.pdf). As I did before, I made this
into an indented Word document for easier reading, better correlation among
tiered topics, and possibility for copying/pasting/margin-notes.

I plan to add this document to my current project's "Transaction
Implementation Binder", and use it as a basis to create analysis grids in
identifying impact throughout multiple information systems. Perhaps this
document will help you similarly too.
