NOTICE

An Informational Forum on version 005010 Type 3 Technical Report (TR3)
[formerly known as Implementation Guide (IG)] X128, "820 Payroll
Deducted and Other Group Premium Payment for Insurance Products", is
scheduled to be held at X12's January, 2007, Trimester Meeting in
Denver, Colorado on Tuesday, 1/30/2007, starting at 08:00. This TR3 is
an X12 Version 005010 counterpart to the HIPAA-adopted 004010+004010A1
implementation specification.

This Informational Forum provides a venue for authors of this TR3 to
orally respond to comments received during the draft TR3 public comment
period. In preparation for this Informational Forum, written responses
to public comments will be posted to the TR3's on-line conference [ see
www.wpc-edi.com/conferences/tg2/implementationguides ] at least 15 days
prior to the Informational Forum. Note that only the Third Conference
is applicable for X218. This Informational Forum is the final X12
opportunity to comment on the draft TR3 -- but comments are generally
limited to only those regarding modifications generated as a consequence
of the received public comments.

Participation at this Informational Forum is open to anybody with
payment of one applicable X12 Trimester Meeting fee [$0.00 for employees
of X12 members].
