A document titled "Sample Contingency Plan" has been added to the
Files section of ShareHIPAA. This document is provided anonymously
and was developed to address Section 164.308 Contingency Plan of the
Administrative Safeguards requirements of the Security Rule. It is
based on the NIST Contingency Planning Guide for IT Systems.

To access the Files section of ShareHIPAA, go to the ShareHIPAA home
page, http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ShareHIPAA , sign in, and
select "Files" from the left column. You may then upload documents,
or access or download documents to/from the Files section.
