Colleagues,
The Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) is requesting your assistance in helping us determine the Industry’s Readiness for implementing the NPI. The WEDI National Provider Identifier Outreach Initiative (NPIOI) has developed an online survey that will help us learn more about the level of NPI readiness for the various areas of the healthcare industry.
All survey results will have complete anonymity and will only be reported in the aggregate. WEDI would like to thank you in advance for taking time to complete this survey. The survey will remain open for your response through May 26, 2006.
