Dear Industry Colleagues, 

The Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) requests your assistance in helping us determine the industry’s readiness for implementing the NPI.  The WEDI National Provider Identifier Outreach Initiative (NPIOI) has developed an online survey that will help us learn more about the level of NPI readiness for the various areas of the healthcare industry.  

All survey results will have complete anonymity and will only be reported in the aggregate.
