June, 2006, Trimester Meeting in Chicago, Illinois.

These Informational Forums provide a venue for authors of each of the
listed TR3's to orally respond to comments received during draft TR3
public comment periods. In preparation for the Informational Forums,
written responses to public comments will be posted to each TR3's
on-line conference [ see
www.wpc-edi.com/conferences/tg2/implementationguides ] at least 15 days
prior to the corresponding Informational Forum. [Note that only the
Second Conferences are applicable for X220 and X218, and X185.] Each
Informational Forum is the final X12 opportunity to comment on a draft
TR3 -- but comments are generally limited to only those regarding
modifications generated as a consequence of the received public
comments.

Participation at one or more of these Informational Forums is open to
anybody with payment of one applicable X12 Trimester Meeting fee
[$0.00 for employees of X12 members].

starting around mid-May.
