The subject document is currently out for all interested parties review
with a deadline of July 15, 2005. This is a revision to the 1996 ADA
COHR Concept Model, which was utilized as the basis for the development
of ANSI/ADA Specification No. 1000 for Standard Clinical Data
Architecture for the Structure and Content of an Electronic Health
Record.
