Having problems with message search?
For most hospitals, providing the Notice of Privacy Practices and ensuring adequate documentation and support for privacy rights will consume a lot of your resources this week. I have attached a PowerPoint presentation that may assist you in this effort. You may need to modify this PowerPoint presentation to reflect your business processes, your technology, and your policies and procedures.
I would welcome any "gotcha's," "lessons learned," or advise from the frontline that you are willing to share concerning provision of the Notice of Privacy Practices and informing individuals about the facility directory. Acknowledgement Monitor is a system that provides for many of the issues addressed in the attached PowerPoint presentation and was developed by MediData.med, Inc.
