Having problems with message search?
The attachment was provided to ShareHIPAA2 group in response to the listserv thread below. The attachment and thread is redirected to ShareHIPAA for information. The attachment may be accessed from the "Files" section of ShareHIPAA group. Attachments are not archived in the messages section. If you would like to view or download this policy, go to ShareHIPAA home page at http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ShareHIPAA , sign in, and select "Files" from the left column. Here is how the Fax Policy appears in the files section (files are listed alphabetically):

Attached policy was developed by Methodist and provided to NESNIP members at some point. I try to keep a copy of all such things. Hope this helps.
