member access is not available. To research each state's
requirements for consents and authorizations there is a user friendly
feature provided by the HEALTH PRIVACY PROJECT.

To use this feature go to http://www.healthprivacy.org/ click
the "State Law" button to the right of the key hole.
From the left column select "View the Summary of a Specific State"
and then select the state for which a summary is desired. Often the
summary includes a link to that state's legislature Web site.
