Serious-Weight-Watchers-Recipes is a place to share your tried and true recipes, and find new ones to try.
1. Post only recipes and/or questions about recipes. ISO (in search of) posts are fine.
No introductions, sharing our weight losses, etc. on this group, please. Save those for Serious Weight Watchers. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/Serious-Weight-Watchers/
While this makes for an "unfriendly" group, it will make searching for recipes much easier.
2. Post nutritional information with your recipes. We have a lot of recipes here that do not have points or nut. values and while it's nice to have the recipes, it's work to figure out the points.
3. Speaking of nutritional values and points, don't always trust what you read. Double-check before making your recipes. If you find an error or come up with different numbers, please post them.
4. Use the subject line. Post the recipe name in the subject line.
