All emails within this group are related to "sharing information to help move along our paths" including but not limited to: learning about helping ourselves (mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically), educating ourselves about what is going on in the world energetically, spirituality, energetic healing, metaphysics, etc. Any emails consistent with this goal are encouraged. This is also intended as a group for communication with clients of Susan Hart of Serenity Achieved and students who have taken or would like to take classes in Tera Mai Reiki and/or Seichem. Prior to becoming a massage therapist Susan Hart worked with children first as a preschool teacher, then as a nanny for six years. When the child she cared for began school full time Susan went to massage school and has been an ABMP certified massage therapist since 1998. In 1999 she began working with a chiropractor, Dr Trish Coughlin-Baitinger of Radiance Chiropractic Healing Center; who helped to identify what she unconsciously did during sessions with clients--intuitive energy work. Susan's healing sessions are nurturing and unique, combining traditional massage techniques with energy work and intuitive guidance. It is this combination that sets her work apart, allowing the client the opportunity for complete healing.

Susan has had formal training in: therapeutic Swedish massage, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy (St. John Method), craniosacral therapy (Upledger), myofascial release, active isolated stretching (Mattes Method), Brain therapy for children and adults (Dr. Barry Gillespie), frequency balancing, and Tera Mai Reiki and Seichem (Master Levels).
