Dr. M. B. DeJarnette, the genius who created Sacro Occipital Technic, wrote about 135 books on the suject.

This group is dedicated to the discussion and study of his work.The postings may be of interest to those practicing any type of manual therapy for the body.

There are six parts of SOT. Category One, Category Two, Category Three, The Occipital Fibers, the Trapezius Fibers and Articulative adjusting. All exist to correct the primary cranial sacral respiratory mechanism. This is the source of life in the body. Normalizing the primary cranial sacral respiratory mechanism tends to normalize all functions of the body.

We do not talk about the treatment of disease but the restoration of health, thru normalization of the primary cranial sacral respiratory mechanism.
